The number of Americans over age 65 is expected to double in the next 30 years to 70 million; this change in demographics is expected to cause the increase in the number of property assets transferred per year. We see consistent growth within this sector, especially in the southern part of the US
Financial Products. The last segment targets the implementation of investment systems that procure high yields on investment capital. With the uncertainty of the stock market, dormant saving rates & persistent concern of currency devaluation, the demand for financial products that provide higher rates of return protected by Real Property and Business Assets will remain strong in the foreseeable future.
