Asset Retailing. The second segment is dedicated to the rehabilitation of residential property. This sector is capital-intensive and very demanding from the logistics perspective; however, it’s also considered the most profitable and with the most reliable rate of offer and demand. Financial Products. The last segment targets the implementation of investment systems that procure high yields on investment capital. With the uncertainty of the stock market, dormant saving rates & persistent concern of currency devaluation, the demand for financial products that provide higher rates of return protected by Real Property and Business Assets will remain strong in the foreseeable future.
